Report a camera
Know a camera that isn’t on the map, or one that’s mapped wrong? Report it on the map. It shows at once as a community pin, and a person checks it.
What camera is it? See the photo guide

Your reports on this device
This list is saved on this device only.
How it works
- Pick the kind of camera, then drop the pin on it. Speed camera, red light camera, plate reader, traffic camera, face recognition or public CCTV.
- Show which way it points. Drag on the map to turn it. “Not sure” is fine.
- Send it. You get a report number to check on it. No account.
Community pins
A report shows on the map at once as a dashed pin with its count, such as “1 report”. When 3 people report the same camera from different devices, the pin turns solid: “Reported by 3 people”. It is still a community report, never an official record. A pin with fewer than 3 reports is hidden after 30 days.
Wrong or gone?
Open a camera on the map and tap “Wrong or gone?” to say it is gone, moved or the wrong type.
While you drive
In Drive, the Report button saves the spot with one tap. You add the details once you’re parked. Never type or read on your phone while you drive.
A report saves the camera’s spot, your answers and the time. The spot is the camera’s, by design. No account, no name. Privacy
